Service Memberships

Due to the extraordinarily high number of members who have opted not to participate in Gate keeping Duty, it is becoming increasingly difficult to fill these shifts. Gatekeepers are an important part of our operation at Cloverdale. Consider this:

1. Gatekeepers are the first point of contact for all our visiting members and their guests
2. Gatekeepers provide important information
3. Gatekeepers sell ice cream
4. Gatekeepers collect guest fees

Offer

- 2010 Service Membership - one season only
- Discount Membership fee in exchange for fulfilling 20 ( 2 hr.) gate keep shifts in addition
to the 3 shifts required for membership (total commitment of 46 hours through out the
season).
$200.00 off Family membership fee
$100.00 off Single Parent membership fee
- Shifts covered will be during heavy traffic times ( 3pm to 5 pm shift weekdays and
weekend shifts) and may be assigned by the Gate keep manager.
- Scheduling conflicts must be communicated to the Gate keep manager within 48 hrs of
shift
- If all shifts are not covered during the season, full membership fee will be due in full at the
time of lapse in shifts.


Eligibility

- Current or Returning members from last year who have not joined yet (New members not
eligible)
- Must apply for Membership to CCC board and state compelling reason and commitment
level as to why they should be considered.
- Must be flexible to fill assigned shifts
- Willing to train and learn process
- Shifts must be covered by adult member(s) on CCC membership form, may not be
covered by alternate family member.

Selection Announcement: We will announce the Service Membership appointments on Tuesday July 6, 2010.
