MEMBERS-ONLY SWIM CLUB
Established in 1962 as a California
Corporation, Cloverdale Cabana Club is a
MEMBERS-ONLY social non profit. Over the
years, Cloverdale has evolved into a
community asset and a gathering spot for
friends and neighbors. Monies in the
form of membership dues and fees are
used to improve the club and/or pay for
day-to-day operations. All paid members
are part of the corporation with full
access to the club during normal
business hours. Members also vote to
elect the board of directors. Board
members are volunteers. The only
compensated employees are our
lifeguards. Most property improvement
projects are volunteer driven. |
| |
MEMBER
ACCESS
All paid members are issued a key and
photo ID card. When the pool is locked
and no lifeguard or gatekeeper is
present, members are allowed access from
1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, seven (7) days a
week. Small children must be in the
company of a parent or adult guardian.
As a courtesy to our immediate
neighbors, all activity at Cloverdale
Cabana must cease after 9:00 pm.
During the off-season, Cloverdale is
closed. |

GUESTS
Guests are always welcome. If your guest
will be swimming, we ask that you pay a $4
per guest. Guest passes are also
available for sale. Contact any board
member for more information. |
| |
FACILITY/PARTY RENTALS
The BBQ picnic area and clubhouse are
available for rent by paid members. The
person appearing on the party rental
application must remain on the premises
at all times during the party as you are
responsible for your guests. No
exceptions.
While members understand that they are
to respect your party, the reality is
that no member can be excluded from the
pool, premises, facilities, or access to
the BBQ pit. We share and share alike. |

SWIM
LESSONS
Cloverdale Cabana offers swim lessons to
anyone, three (3) year or older, and
skills of all levels. Private lessons
are also available upon request. |
| |
| ICE
CREAM & PRE-PACKAGED FOODS |
| During
the presence of a lifeguard or
gatekeeper, ice cream, soft drinks,
chips, and candies are available for
sale. |

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BBQ
As the summer days get warmer,
Cloverdale Cabana hosts a Wednesday
Night BBQ which has become a favorite
tradition. Nobody like to cook inside
when it is hot. Especially when you have
a pool and a large BBQ area. Neighbors
gather, cook their favorite meat or
fish, bring a side dish or two, and
suddenly we have a pot luck. The mood is
always warm, friendly, and relaxing.

| |
PARKING
Cloverdale does not have a dedicated
parking lot. As such, members who do not
live in the immediate neighborhood are
asked to utilize off-street parking. |
| |
SWIM
TEAM
We are often asked if Cloverdale has a
swim team. The short answer is no. We
currently do not have a swim team nor do
we plan to start one. Members tend to
appreciate this as this only means more
swim time for our families and guests.
