Gate Keeping
Duties
Please note that all members are required to
complete three (2) separate two (2) hour shifts
of gate keeping duty. The only way to avoid this
responsibility is to either "buy out" or
volunteer in
another capacity.
Buy Out: You can buy out at $10 per
shift, for a total of $30 for the season.
Volunteer: We host several "work
party" events that require some non skilled
assistance. You may opt to work one of our
scheduled work parties and will be credited with
time served.

Please note that Gate Keeping is an important
function that ensures a first point of contact
is available on the premises. Basic
responsibilities include checking visitor
Membership badges, collecting guest fees, and
selling snacks to guests and children during
adult swim periods. Be sure to read the entire
